Hunter Valley-Weintour inklusive Mittagessen, Käse, Schokolade und Destillerie-Verkostung

We had problems with communications with Zepher tours in a few places. The confirmation information wasn't clear on where we were to meet the tour. We called twice the day before the tour to get the information, and 3 times on the day of the tour to realize that we showed up at 6:45 for a 7:45 pick up time. Unfortunately we had booked the wrong date (we booked Sunday and showed up on Monday), but the tour company didn't try to contact us to locate us the day of the tour when we were a no show and because it took us so long to actually connect with someone the day we thought we had booked, the tour had already left the city having not shown up at the pick up location that we waited at for nearly 2 hours. When we realized that the date was wrong, the young woman on the phone said that her manager would call us when they weren't so busy to see what we could do, and i wasn't surprised when we got no communication. So although the error was ours, Zepher Tours was content to take the money for our tour and obviously believes that they owe us no communication. They may provide good tours, but be prepared to chase after them for communications.

The overall trip was good as we visited three wineries and one resort. We were offered over 6 selections at each winery, ranging from Reds, Whites, Gin and dessert wines. The tour was a bit pricey because the wine tasting at wineries is almost free...

Our driver was “Cheeks”! He was friendly, knowledgeable about the area, he gave us great bits of info and we had a great time! The wineries and distillery were very educational and delicious (you won’t get drunk though, lol), and “KRIKEY”, we saw a ton of wild kangaroos! If you do this tour and Cheeks is your driver, you won’t be disappointed!

I enjoyed this tour a lot. Went with my mom and boyfriend, they both liked it as well! Really worth it!

This was truly a experience that I throughly enjoyed. What made the tour amazing was Billy Ryan and the beautiful vineyards. This tour included lunch, wine tasting along with local cheeses. The fellowship and and small group connection was pleasant and very friendly. I highly recommend the wine tasting tour.

Had a great time on this tour. Our driver, Ronnie, took us out in the vineyards to see some wild kangaroos which was excellent. The lunch was great. We did the two courses which was definitely a better choice than what I saw people had for the one course. It is about 2.5 hours to Hunter Valley from Sydney, but you stop at a rest stop about half way there to use the bathrooms and get a snack if you want.

Had a really enjoyable and relaxing time. Interesting and unusual wines were part of the new experiences. Love that this tour had the whole package. Wines, Cheese, Vodkas/Liqueurs, Chocolate, everything we wanted in our day. The tour guide and driver Ronnie was funny, informative, and friendly. A definite must for any visitor to Sydney!

Must do tour ! Excellent day trip to North Sydney. We were fortunate to have Daniel as our driver and tour guide . He was amazing. He stopped along the way when we saw Kangaroos for a photo op. There are lots of stops along the way for washrooms and snacks. The wineries were informative. People are very friendly. We had lunch at the Hunter Valley resort . We were able to pick from a list of meal choices. You only get one glass of wine, so any other choices like beer, spirits or more wine, you have to pay. Thats was ok since by that time we had enough to drink already . I expected more from the chocolate tasting place other than a sliver of chocolate . It was just a retail chocolate place with ice cream to purchase.. I give this tour 100... Thank you Zephr Tours and Daniel .
