Die Reise beginnt mit einem frisch zubereiteten warmen Frühstück neben dem malerischen Hawkesbury River.
Fahren Sie entlang der malerischen, von Sträflingen gebauten Great North Road während Ihr Fremdenführer Informationen über Hunter Valleys faszinierende Geschichte und einzigartige Rebsorten teilt.

Weiter geht es vorbei an sanften Hügeln zum nächsten Sorgfältig ausgewählten Weingut mit herrlichem Ausblick auf die Great Dividing Range. Entdecken Sie lokal hergestellte Weine bei köstlichen Gerichten, zubereitet von Ihrem Fremdenführer/Küchenchef, passend zu den Gerichten.
Das Hunter Valley ist auch bekannt für seine Qualitäts regionalen Produkte wie Oliven Öle, Chutneys, Oliven und Chili Saucen. Wenn es die Zeit zulässt, gibt es einen Halt an einem beliebten lokalen Produce Store, wo Sie so viele Köstlichkeiten kosten können, wie Sie möchten.
Gaumenfreuden pur erleben mit Weinproben von Barramundi und Känguru mit Hunter Semillon und Shiraz. Ein Exquisites Dessert in Begleitung von Süßem Dessert Wein beschließt das Gourmet-Erlebnis bevor es zurück nach Sydney geht.

Congratulations Jimmy on creating and delivering a wonderful day. Your food was delicious, your warmth of personality shone and your preparation and delivery of the day received our top marks. The wine tasting in the Hunter Valley was excellent with the opportunity to purchase but with no pressure. A memorable day which we recommend.

JImmy was an awesome host and chef! He really enjoys his job and is a great cook! If you can only take one tour in Australia make sure it is this one and you won't be disappointed!

A fun group of people making sushi and drinking wine. What can be better? Chef Jimmy ‘s food and Stephanie and Bratt wine ambassadors only elevated the experience.

Great fun, delicious food, the right amount of wine and beautiful scenery made this a wonderful day. Jimmy couldn't have been a better host through out the entire day. It was obvious that he enjoys giving these tours. Would I do this tour again?? In a heart beat!

This tour was AMAZING and greatly exceeded expectations. Chef Jimmy was wonderful and even dealt with food allergies that he didn’t know about til he was fixing our breakfast!!’ I can’t say enough good things about him and the tour was fantastic. He even taught us to make sushi!! Kudos Chef Jimmy.

Jimmy the driver guide and and chef was brilliant, started the day off at the fish market where he showed us round and bought supplies for the food to serve with the wine tastings. Stopped after about 1 hour for breakfast but could not do the sushi rolling due to it pouring with rain. We then drove to hunter valley for three separate vineyard wine tastings while jimmy cooked food pairings in the back of the bus.he got absolutely soaked. Amazed at how many wines we tasted about 21 in all. Great day out only spoiled by the pouring rain all day.

This is such a great trip. The food is wonderful. The wine is wonderful. From visiting the fish market to making your own sushi and then sampling wines at three wineries with food prepared on the spot at two of the three spots, it's a great day. You should do this trip.
