Hangzhou: Private Tour ab Shanghai mit dem Schnellzug

I had the most wonderful with Berlin. The day was much more than I expected and Berlin was most informative, helpful and had such a delightful personality, I thought you should know that I think she is such an asset to your business.

Met tour guide Queena 8.30am at our hotel lobby. Queena and the driver were punctual. We set off to Hang Zou in bullet train and arrived at Ling Yin Si (2nd largest temple in China) followed by tea museum tour and a nice lunch with local flavour. After lunch we went to Xi Hu (west lake) and took bullet train back to shanghai. Everything was planned smoothly. Queena tried her best to ensure we did not have to wait long for the driver in between destinations. She had profound knowledge of the history of China and described the places of interest very well. She also answered questions on almost anything we asked about China. Very impressed. Highly recommended.

Amazing tour punctual pick up in the morning.Good places to visit. I saw the fei lai peak, ling yin temple, west lake, leifeng pogado and have lunch in the tea village and taste longjing tea. Nice restaurant with traditional Chinese food.Snow is a nice guide making all to transform a tour in an amazing experience. I will highly recommend this tour.

Our one day private trip to Hangzhou with Snow was fabulous! We were a family with kids and she was extremely kind, fun and super informative on all the history and stories about beautiful Hangzhou. We saw the west lake and had a lovely boat ride, the Dragonwell tea village and then ended with the most gorgeous visit to Lingyin temple and the Flying Peak. She even very kindly and patiently accommodated our request to stop for a small snack at the Four Seasons Hangzhou which we had heard was beautiful. My kids loved her personality too! Highly recommend this trip and Snow!

We travelled to Hangzhou yesterday together with our aged parents. It’s a sight to see how crowded HongQiao train station was and despite the rush-hour crowd, we were escorted safely and smoothly to our first-class seats by our very experienced tour guide - Alana. The boat tour at West Lake was a lovely experience but for those who cannot swim, I suggest you take a bigger boat or ask for a safety jacket. The scenery is breathtaking and it was great opportunity to take photos. The lunch venue at LongJing tea plantation was one of the best we have had during our vacation here. The clay pot chicken soup was one of the best we have tasted (even better than most chicken soups we have had at home in Singapore/Malaysia). For those (especially some Caucasians) who detest seeing the entire chicken (head & claws) on their dinning table, should request for only the chicken soup without the entire chicken inside the clay pot. Seeing how the LongJing tea leaves were plucked by hand and prepared painstakingly, I now understand why the top grade LongJing is so expensive! Overall, we had a great time with Alana who is a bilingual tour guide and she was super attentive to all our needs. Our trip to Hangzhou was an incredible experience. We enjoyed the beauty of the Lingyin Temple (try to find all 340 Buddha sculptures), and loved the food and tea in the Tea Village. The weather was incredible so we took the scenic and relaxing boat trip on West Lake. Our guide Snow was informative and tailored the experience to our wishes and spoke excellent English. Snow kept the pace of the trip smooth so we were able to see and experience everything yet still feel relaxed and stress free. Don’t hesitate- book this trip now.

The tour was amazing.I definitely give Berlin a 5 star rating.She is so personable and has a great knowledge of the city and history. My 80 year old dad really enjoyed her stories and could easily understand and hear her. We will absolutely recommend this tour to others! Thanks for the two great tours

Our family of 4 had the pleasure of traveling to Hangzhou and spending a day with Berlin. The trip was fantastic! She contacted us the day before to confirm, picked us up at our hotel lobby, we traveled by a comfortable van to the bullet train and had a busy but relaxing day touring Hangzhou. We toured a temple, visited a tea village and museum, and walked on the shores of West Lake. Lunch was wonderful too! Overall, a 5 star experience. We would recommend this tour with Berlin to anyone visiting Shanghai.

Berlin is very friendly, thoughtful and organised. We had a packed day enjoying visiting the temple, tea plantation and West Lake. She was very thoughtful in checking food choices for lunch and getting warm drinks in the afternoon when the weather got chilly. A ‘super’ guide in every way!

I had a wonderful day in Hangzhou with Berlin! The transport was so easy and comfortable and Berlin expertly navigated me through the busy train station. Berlin was full of information about China, Shanghai and Hangzhou and was more than happy to answer all my questions! We saw the beautiful Temple and lake, and learnt so much about the history and region. Lunch at Green Tea restaurant was amazing and Berlin helped introduce me to the delicious Chinese food - including chicken feet! So cool and interesting to see the lush tea plantations and learn about the history of tea. Overall a great trip to get out of Shanghai and see some nature and countryside! Berlin made the trip fun and informative! What a pleasure!

I could not have asked for this tour to be more perfect! Alana put together an excellent itinerary for me to enjoy Hangzhou, and I highly recommend booking this tour. Alana spoke English very well and was able to answer any questions I had. Since I was traveling solo, she was happy to take any photos I wanted and she also knew of the best photo spots! I’m very thankful for this, and I will always cherish these memories in Hangzhou.
