Your host Ivania and Carlos enjoy cooking together and learned to cook traditional family recipes from their mothers. They often watch cooking shows on TV and re-create the dishes for their friends and family, who always compliment them on their food and hospitality. Ivania and Carlos are very excited to share simple dishes they grew up eating, using fresh local ingredients and combining them to create wonderful flavors. These two really believe that cooking for someone is a way to give love, which brings them a lot of joy.

Some of the dishes you might try during your experience are goat cheese, chili and olives with homemade sourdough bread, seaweed ceviche and risotto of mote (wheat) with goat cheese and meat. Your meal might end on a sweet note with some caramel semolina.
