Der erste Halt ist in Neapel für eine Führung durch das historische Zentrum, bei der Sie die Piazza del Plebiscito, den Königspalast, die Piazza del Municipio, die Galleria Umberto I und das Opernhaus San Carlo sehen.

Danach geht es weiter nach Pompeji für eine Führung durch die Ausgrabungsstätte der Stadt, die durch den Ausbruch des Vesuvs im Jahre 79 v. Chr. zerstört wurde. Dieser archäologische Ausflug gibt Ihnen die Gelegenheit, die typische Lebensweise der römischen Gesellschaft jener Zeit besser zu verstehen. Sie können intakte Überreste von Menschen, Haustieren und Essen sehen, die Beweise der Qualen der Menschen in den wenigen letzten Minuten sind, bevor die Stadt auf so desaströse Weise begraben wurde.

Sie machen Halt für ein Mittagessen (im Preis inbegriffen), bevor es weiter geht zu einer Korallen- und Kameenmanufaktur, wo Sie Stücke dieses alten Handwerks bewundern können und vielleicht sogar kaufen möchten.

Am Ende des Besuchs kehren Sie zum Bus zurück für die Fahrt zurück nach Rom, wo Sie an Ihrem zentral gelegenen Hotel oder an einem anderen zentralen Ort abgesetzt werden.

The tour overall was good but the tour guide was not. The drop off point where we planned to drop was removed at the last moment without giving any reason and we had to get off at a far point. The guide even refused to give us directions to our hotel. Rude and pathetic

We chose this tour primarily for the tour of Pompeii. While we enjoyed it, it was a LONG day and took 3+ hours each way from Rome to get to the Naples area. I later learned a train ride on the same route would've taken half the time. If we had a do-over I think it'd be better to take the train and do the tour from Naples. Then we would've had a few more hours to spend exploring Naples and Pompeii instead of 6+ hours of drive-time and rushing quickly through both cities.

From beginning to end, this was a seamless tour. Everyone did their very best to make sure this wasn't a terribly long and exhausting full day tour. I must say, before booking this tour that was my drawback. However, this was a day well spent. Both tour guides were pleasant and wonderful. Lunch in Naples was amazing!!! Pompeii was like taking a trip back in time. Special thanks to our tour guide for this wonderful experience.

We had a private transfer to the bus; we didn’t know until after the tour that they do not return you to your hotel. - which was fine as we weren’t far from the tour bus- however, it should have been mentioned!! The tour was well paced and allowed us to see a couple places of Naples and an extensive look at Pompeii! Lunch was exceptionally good!

Excellent tour. We had wonderful tour guides, although one of them had a very heavy Italian accent and was difficult at time to understand unless you were speaking to him one-to-one.The lunch in Naples was fun and the tour of Pompeii was excellent.

The place was amazing, the spaghetti lunch that was included with the tour was horrible, and the tour guide left us behind towards the end of the tour, thank god we found our way back to where the bus was parked

Duration of the tour was just right. Provided a good insight about Naples where we had a sumptuous lunch - the dessert was amazing!Our guide was very thorough and patient, making the walk around the ruins of Pompeii interesting and easy. Highly recommended.

Naples was just another urban city full of interesting historical landmarks but my real interest was Pompeii. This is a great comfortable air-conditioned bus ride trip. We very much enjoyed this tour and I will highly recommend this tour.

This was a fantastic tour if your time is limited but a long day. It was great not to have to drive to Naples and Pompeii but be driven in a luxury coach. There were 6 of us including a 10 year old and 15 year old. Like most places you could always stay a bit longer but we had a taste of Naples and Pompeii but hope to go back one day. We also stopped at a shopping outlet which gave us enough time for a coffee and a cameo factory next to the Pompeii site. Our tour guide in the coach Palo was difficult to understand at times which was a shame as he was trying to give us lots of information. The tour guide who came with us to Naples and Pompeii was very informative but sometimes difficult to hear as the head sets kept cutting out. The closer you were to her the better. The lunch in Naples was OK, I have had better but it must be difficult to cater for such a large number of people. I would recommend this tour.

From being picked up at hotel until drop off at termini central. Day was great. Great guides. Could have done without the outlet mall stop, but had good food there and wasn't too long.
