Stop At: Eiffel Tower, 5 Avenue Anatole France, 75007 Paris France

Meet your guide near the base of the Tower for an introduction to the structure before you begin the climb of a lifetime. At the ticket entrance, you’ll get your first close-up look at the monument while your guide arranges tickets.

Please note that during busy periods, there may be a wait to clear the line for the stairs and security. While this tour is scheduled to last two hours, wait times at this stage can sometimes increase this duration. If there is a wait, your guide will use the time to explain the fascinating history of the Tower’s creation. Rest assured these lines still move much faster than the ones for the elevators!

The City of Light will emerge before your eyes as you climb the steps to the first level, while enjoying your guide’s insightful commentary. Standard elevator tours tend to skip this level; you’ll have time here to take pictures or walk on the glass floor, 188 feet (57 meters) above the ground. More of the city’s most iconic landmarks will reveal themselves as you resume your climb to the second level observation deck: the Arc de Triomphe, Champs-Élysées, and Notre Dame cathedral.

You can also choose to upgrade your experience and ascend by elevator to the summit, for the best panoramic views the city has to offer.

Occasionally, owing to inclement weather or other such unforeseeable circumstances, the summit may be temporarily closed upon your arrival to the Eiffel Tower. In these rare cases, your group will be unable to access the summit. Should this occur, you will receive a refund for the difference in cost of accessing the summit.

When you’ve had your fill of the spectacular views, you can choose your route back to the ground floor – stairs or elevator – and continue your Parisian adventure.

In some instances, the summit of the Eiffel Tower may be temporarily closed due to situations beyond our control, such as inclement weather or crowds. When this occurs, the group will be unable to access the summit, even if it reopens during your tour. In this event, you will be refunded the price of the summit access within 5-10 days. THE REFUND WILL BE DONE AUTOMATICALLY.

Booked a tour at 9:30 am which turned out to be the perfect time. Got there by 8:40 just in case but no line up at the security check. Our guide Henry was excellent. Smart, interesting, and passionate about the stories surrounding the tower. We had to queue for 15 minutes to get to the stairs but Henry had started the tour so the time flew by. He guided us up the stairs to the 1st platform where he spent 20 more minutes giving us a detailed history. Very interesting! We then walked up to the 2nd floor where he left us to explore on our own. Well worth it! Thanks Henry!!!

Our tour guide did not share much knowledge with the group. In fact she was new to Paris and had only been to the tower when she started working for the tour group. I am not sure what we really paid for with this tour as we got in line and tour guide then went to the window to buy tickets. Seemed like we could have just done this ourselves instead of paying the higher fee for someone else to buy the tickets...

Enjoyed the views from the first two viewing areas but our tickets to the top were cancelled moments before we ascended, due to the top closing. By the time we reached the 2nd platform, the top had reopened, but we couldn’t change our tickets. Disappointed.

We were told it was ' a skip the line ticket' no it wasn't . We still had to line up. That was disappointing.

We absolutely loved this tour. Everything went smoothly despite having to queue through security and several times to go to the next floor because our tour guide explained what was happening and was extremely interesting to listen to! Henry was energetic, very knowledgeable, approachable and highly interesting! We loved hearing so much of the history of the tower while visiting the different levels all the way to the top. It was brilliant and much more interesting than if we had just gone without a guide.

The quality of our guide, Manny was amazing. The problem was our group of about 30 people still had to queue up behind another person assisting the group who bought the tickets. This took so long, might has well have got our own tickets. Rediculously cold day nearly broke us but glad we still made it to the summit and hear about the history, very interesting.

My wife and i were blessed to have a thoughtful guide and cooridinator for this tour to the effiel tower. They were friendly and gave us lots of tips on the Do’s and Do not’s for being tourists in Paris.Helen (our tour guide) in particular, gave us a good understanding on the history of the Eiffel Tower and the momuments we get to see from the top of the tower. Walkin’ up the tower is indeed a good experience....! Thank you once again, Helen! :D

We had the best tour guide! His name was Leo and he knew SO much about the history of Paris and had a great sense of humor and loads of good humor. The climb was not strenuous and we saw a beautiful perspective of Paris - stunning from the top!

Loved it, breath taking views. Line to get in was insane but so was the skip the line tours the same day we went. Just be prepared to be flexible with your time.

Well worth the wait. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and friendly! It is nice to be able to say that I WALKED up the Eiffel Tower!
