Diese Tour führt Sie in und durch fast jedes Zimmer des Hauses. Belle Meade wird in den 1800er Jahren als die erste Vollblut-Gärtnerei in Amerika anerkannt. Nach der Führung genießen Sie eine kostenlose Weinprobe in unserem wunderschönen Weingut. Das Gelände von Belle Meade kann selbst erkundet werden und ist sowohl vor, als auch nach der Tour verfügbar. Heute umfasst Belle Meade Plantation 34 Hektar mit ursprünglichem Anwesen und mehrere Plantagen-Nebengebäude, einschließlich Mansion und ursprünglicher Bauernhof. Heute fungiert die Stätte als Bildungsressource zum Erhalt von Tennessees viktorianischer Architektur, Geschichte und Reitgeschichte.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable of the family history and very funny - was probably the most fun I have had on a historical tour. Would definitely recommend this option. And the complimentary wine tasting at the end was an excellent touch!!

This tour was most enjoyable. This was a race horse farm that was the start of the lineage of most of the Kentucky Derby winners. It had been been renovated to the original house colors. It was being prepared for Christmas so it was beautifully decorated. The wine tasting was an extra surprise along with the cheese and chocolates. The gift shop was very unique.

Fantastic tour! Enjoyed learning about the history of the farm from the homes curator. I wish I could remeber his first name. Not only was he extremely knowledgable, his story telling and comedic presentation of life back then made the tour even better. Loved the added bonus of wine tasting at the end. Would highly recomend this tour.
