The ticket value was good but the information we got from the person we collected the plastic card from at the airport was not accurate. We asked if we needed anything other than the card to make use of the attractions/activities and he said no. This meant we did not have a paper ticket for the Peak tram and had to pay again. We were unlucky with the weather and fog meant there were no panoramic views from anywhere so the savings we would have made on single attractions didn't happen. There was no point doing the viewing tower or the cable car as you would see nothing. The hop-on hop-off bus was very good, but you need to be able to get to the harbour, to get a cardboard ticket, before you can use it. With the metro being so cheap and frequent, you may be better using that and seeing what the weather is like. You may also be unlucky with the availability certain items included in the list as they have limited availability.

Value for money but you have to travel to diff places in search for all the entrance ticket, waste of time. Secondly, TKW Macau tour is the worst tour group. We were stranded in Macau due to typhoon, they cancelled the tour last min,didn’t render any help and refuse to give us the meal voucher we paid

The card was very useful. If I had more time to use the card I would have saved a lot of mony. I have allready advised many people about the card and the next time that I travel I will certainly be looking for the same company.

This is not good value for money. There is some confusion as to where to pick up tickets. We did this at the first attraction but had to mould our itinerary to allow for this, only to be told that we had to go to another place for the harbour tour tickets they can only be booked on certain days BTW. Also tickets have to be purchased separately at each venue you cannot simply swipe your card at each venue as advertised - a mistake or misrepresentation?The 360 observation point on the Peak did not allow entry for us on these tickets and we had to pay extra the Macau/Disneyland trips also require supplements. Madame Tussauds is not included although clearly shown in publicity material don't be fooled!. All together I feel a bit cheated and cannot recommend this at all. In contract our Singapore pass was excellent value for money and easy to use.
