Due to visible deterioration of the support beams within Tunnel 3 of the Historic Railroad Trail, this tunnel is closed, until further notice. Visitors may hike from the trailhead to Tunnel 3 and back. Access into the tunnel is prohibited.

Tour was amazing! Matt was an excellent guide with a lot of knowledge shared. Cycling was easy and the bikes were brand new. We had a blast!

This was a great tour! We started on the bike trail and then switched to the old railroad bed that served the building of the dam. It was absolutely beautiful and felt like our own secret access to the dam. Had plenty of time to explore the dam and then rode part of the way back to stop for lunch overlooking Lake Meade and then finished up. Our guide, Matt, was very knowledgeable and all around nice guy. Take this tour.

This was an excellent trip with amazing scenery. Picked up at hotel and taken to Boulder City to bike shop where we were fitted with our mountain bikes/helmets. Packed lunch and spares placed in rear bike bag. Our guide fur the day was Matt. He was very knowledgable about the area and history and made the trip very interesting. The first part was uphill was well worth it for the downhill! We went around 20 miles and saw spectacular scenery of Lake Mead then Hoover Dam. We had lunch overlooking the Lake then we walked to the bridge then the dam. Away from 8 til 3 - a most enjoyable day and worth the effort to get out of the city and get some exercise. Suitable trip for all ages. Would recommend.
